I forgot my password?


If you are logged into your YuVie account, but do not remember your password, you can opt to change your password in the Settings of the YuVie app. 

To change your password: 

  1. Navigate to Profile.

  2. Tap on the gear icon labeled “Settings”

  3. Select Password Change.

  4. Input a new password.

  5. Tap Save.

If you are not logged into your YuVie account, and have forgotten your password, email us at support@yuvie.com with your name, username, and the name of your business, and one of our account managers will respond within 48 hours with your username and password information. 

 
 

I forgot my username?


If you have forgotten your username to login into YuVie, email us at support@yuvie.com with your name, business information, and the latest password you set to login into your account. 

If you have forgotten your username and password, please provide is with detailed information about yourself, your business, and any colleagues you are working with.

I think my YuVie account has been hacked?


 If you think your account has been hacked or taken over, there are actions you can take to secure your account.

Check your email account for a message from YuVie

If you received an email from YuVie letting you know that your email address was changed, you may be able to undo this by emailing us at support@yuvie.com with information about your account and the email address you used to login before the change occurred. 

If additional information was also changed (example: your password), and you're unable to change back your email address, please report the account to us at support@yuvie.com.


Verify your identity


Once you submit your request, you should receive an auto-response email from the Security Team at YuVie asking you to help us verify your identity. You'll be asked for one or both of the following:

  • A photo of yourself holding a paper with a handwritten code we've provided you. 

  • The email address or phone number you signed up with and the type of device you used at the time of sign up (example: iPhone, Android, iPad, other).

Once you provide information to help us verify your identity, we'll send you specific instructions to recover your account at the secure email address you provided.


If you're still able to log into your YuVie account


If you think your account has been hacked and you're still able to log in, here are some things you can do to help keep your account secure:

  • Change your password

  • Revoke access to any suspicious third-party apps

Can I recover content after deleting my YuVie Account?


The simple answer is no.

When a user account is deleted on the YuVie Platform, all of the content associated to the user account is deleted. Content cannot be recovered after an account has been deleted.

Something is not working…


If you're experiencing a problem that isn't covered in our support documents, please follow these troubleshooting steps. Keep in mind that you should always make sure you're running the latest version of the YuVie app as well as the latest version of your phone or tablet's operating system before following these steps.


Restart your phone or tablet


Always try restarting your phone or tablet first if you're having trouble with YuVie.

Check Internet connection

If restarting your device doesn't help, please try using YuVie both on Wi-Fi and on your mobile data connection to see if the problem is because of a weak Wi-Fi or mobile data connection.

Uninstall and reinstall


If restarting your device and checking your connection doesn't help, try deleting and reinstalling YuVie:

iPhone and iPad

  1. From the Home screen, tap and hold the YuVie app icon until it shakes.

  2. Tap x on the app to delete it. Your photos and profile info will be saved by Instagram.

  3. Go to the App Store, reinstall YuVie and then log in with your username and password.

Android

  1. Go to your phone or tablet's Settings and tap Applications > Manage Applications > YuVie.

  2. Tap Uninstall.

  3. Go to the Google Play Store, reinstall YuVie and then log in with your username and password.
